This year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive with Trina’s Kids Foundation, hosted at Hubble Studio in DTLA, brought together a community united by love, gratitude, and the desire to give back.
The Plates by Lisa team joined forces with amazing volunteers to create a day of warmth and nourishment for all who attended. The feast was a true celebration of the season, featuring 80 lbs. of Honey Baked Ham, 100 lbs. of Creamy Mashed Potatoes, 35 lbs. of Green Beans, and an irresistible dessert spread of Apple and Pumpkin Pies topped with Whipped Cream.
Adding an extra layer of excitement, Big Brother alumni winners Chelsie Baham (Season 26) and Taylor Hale (Season 24) came out to support fellow alum Lisa. The Big Brother community served alongside Plates by Lisa, lending their hands and hearts to this meaningful event and showing the power of coming together to make a difference.
This year’s event reached even more people, welcoming over 350 families, nearly 1400 individuals who left with fresh produce from the farmers market, groceries, and supplies to prepare their own holiday meals. Be yond the food, the true magic of the day lay in the heartfelt connections made.
Plates by Lisa is honored to be a longtime partner of Trina’s Kids Foundation, working together to bring hope and support to families in need. A huge thank you to all the volunteers and local businesses who made this incredible day possible.
