There’s no better way to kick off the summer than with an epic Plates by Lisa Production!
Vibe Curator Lisa, and the Plates by Lisa team, produced a 4th of July celebration at the jaw droppingly beautiful Carbon Beach House in Malibu. This was the third time Plates by Lisa produced this event and Plates by Lisa upped the ante once again!
It couldn’t have been a more beautiful day in sunny California for an early independence day party and a celebration with loved ones.
On its own, the beach house is a sophisticated modern art lover's paradise, but with the help of The Sweetzer Life, the space was given a splash of celebratory glam with flower arrangements, bedazzled with American flags and a patriotic ambience.
Guests were met with amazing vibes + vendors from the moment they walked in the door. With beachy tunes by DJ Julian Antonio Carvalho filling the space, the team offered guests specialty cocktails, gourmet sushi + an array of delicious desserts, including a patriotic donut wall. The heavenly sushi by Chef Ben of Shiroyama Sushi Co. had guests coming back for seconds, thirds and fourths!
After enjoying sushi, everyone headed to the dessert table featuring a donut wall filled with 96 glazed, sprinkled, and sugar-coated donuts. The display was complemented by a customized variety of 200 dessert tarts from Cara Mia Baking Co. If that didn't satisfy everyone's sweet tooth, the attendees indulged in a caramel apple cart by Gourmetletas, serving up delicious treats on demand.
Adding a touch of artistic flair to the event, the talented artist and caricaturist Ray Harris captivated guests with his skillful drawings. With an ability to capture personalities with just a few strokes, Ray created portraits that became cherished keepsakes for everyone who posed.
The highlight of the party was the dazzling fire dancer Sam Tobey, who set the stage + beach ablaze as the coastal evening unfolded. While guests enjoyed the fiery performance, the Plates by Lisa team served Prova Pizza as a late-night snack. The energy soared with DJ Julian spinning the latest hits, keeping everyone on the dance floor.
Before departing, guests collected their customized cookie party favors from Cookies By Heather. There was no better way for Plates by Lisa to kick off the holiday weekend!
